In the midst of a flurry of memes and conversations of AI Generated music, Harifa Stoke the flames of the true black metal with a new post atmospheric EP embracing itself in the season of autumn whilst uncovering pain in the form of Swinging From The Family Tree
Opening Ttitle Track Swinging From The Family immediately drags the listener into the aesthetically sweeping myriad of sorrow and savagery with varying tempo changes and intricate guitar work and soundscapes before leaning into the the EP's crowning glory Harvest which evokes and encapsulates through its entirety alongside a barrage of disdain.
The second part of the EP leads with Eroding Cavern following in the footsteps of it's predecessors demonstrates and ever evolving maturity musically and technically with the production value finally concluding with one final outpouring of severity via Dying Embers with a wave of ominous fragility
Easily Harifa's most ambitious collection to date
